China Oriented International Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the provision of driving training services. The Company’s main business is engaged in the provision of driving training services for preparation for the driving tests of large vehicles and small vehicles through two driving schools, namely Shun Da School and Tong Tai School. The Company offers driving courses to trainees for different categories of vehicles, including large buses (A1), towing vehicles (A2), city buses (A3), medium buses (B1), large trucks (B2), small manual cars (C1) and small automatic cars (C2).
