Profile Summary
Colibri Resource Corporation is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing prospective gold and silver properties in Mexico. The Company holds four high-potential precious metal projects: 49% ownership of the Pilar Gold & Silver Project, which holds the potential to be a near-term producing mine, 100% of EP Gold Project in the significant Caborca Gold Belt, which has delivered exploration results and is surround by Mexico's producer of gold on four sides, and two highly prospective interests in the Sierra Madre (Diamante Gold & Silver Project and Jackie Gold & Silver Project). The Diamante Gold & Silver project is located adjacent to its Mezquite project in eastern Sonora. The Jackie Gold & Silver Project is located near the El Mezquite property. The Pilar Gold & Silver Project is located in Sonora, Mexico. The EP Gold Project is located in the Caborca Orogenic Gold Belt.
