Profile Summary

Coliwoo Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based co-living operator with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 rooms located in residential clusters across the island. Under its Coliwoo brand, the Company acquires or leases old, unused and underutilised properties and transforms them into co-living spaces. In addition to managing and operating properties under the Coliwoo brand, it also leases to third-party operators, and provides professional property enhancement and/or property management services for landlords. It may also invest strategically in property holdings or property leasing entities. The Company’s property portfolio comprises approximately 25 properties in locations across Singapore. It also owns the property at 1 King George’s Avenue in Singapore through a joint venture. It also holds a strategic 30% interest in The Bus Hotel, its associated company, which leases the property located at 5 Telok Paku Road, Singapore which it operates as The Bus Collective, a resort hotel.
