Cpi Fim SA (Formerly known as Orco Property Group SA) is a Luxembourg-based real estate company, specializing in the development, investment, rental and management of properties in Central and Eastern Europe. Through its fully consolidated subsidiaries, the Company operates in a number of countries, including Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Croatia and Russia. It is principally involved in leasing out investment properties under operating leases. The Company rents and manages portfolio of commercial properties composed of office buildings, apartments with services, hotels and hotel residences. It also offers residential apartments for sale and rent throughout Central Europe. In addition, it develops real estate projects as promoter.
