The Company divides its operations into three divisions comprised by its main fully consolidated subsidiaries: CPU Bankensoftware GmbH, an entity which provides system solutions for credit transactions, as well as tools and components for complete solutions and consultancy services; ISMC Information System Management & Consulting GmbH, which handles management services for the Company's non-standard projects, particularly in the field of information technology for financial applications, and CPU Bankensoftware AG, a Swiss entity which is active in the provision of solutions for overall bank management.
