Credito Emiliano SpA (Credem) is an Italy-based holding company, engaged in the banking sector. It divides its activities in four segments: The Commercial Banking segment encompasses the corresponding segment of Credito Emiliano, as well as the financial statements of Credemleasing, Credemfactor, Banca Euromobiliare, Euromobiliare Asset Management SGR, Credem International Lux, Credem Private Equity SGR, Credemtel, Euromobiliare Fiduciaria and Creacasa; The Bancassurance segment is represented by Credemvita and Credemassicurazioni; The Finance segment is represented by Credito Emiliano, which includes the management of interest rate risk on the banking book, the investment portfolio and the trading portfolio and the Other division includes Magazzini Generali delle Tagliate, as well as all departments supporting the operations of Commercial Banking and Finance segments. It offers services such as leasing, personal loans, insurance, asset management and pension funds, among others.
