Profile Summary
Current Water Technologies Inc. is a technology company specialized in the treatment of ammonia in wastewater (AmmEL) and in electro-static deionization (ESD). The Company provides patented and proprietary technologies for: the treatment of wastewater and drinking water that is contaminated by metals or nutrients such as arsenic, nitrate/ammonia associated with the mining, metal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste management sectors; and the treatment of ammonium in wastewater and the subsequent production of Green Hydrogen and other valuable chemicals. Its AmmEL system is its proprietary self-cleaning electrochemical reactor that converts total ammonia directly to gaseous nitrogen without producing the carcinogen nitrate and the greenhouse gas nitrous oxide. Its Electro-static deionization is an electrochemical process that lowers the concentration of total dissolved solids (TDS) in water.
