Custodian REIT Plc is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust. The Company offers investors the opportunity to access a diversified portfolio of the United Kingdom commercial real estate through a closed-ended fund. Its portfolio comprises properties predominantly let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the United Kingdom and is characterized by smaller lot sizes. The Company's portfolio includes industrial, office, retail warehouse, retail and others.
