Profile Summary
Daiwa Office Investment Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve stable earnings and sustainable growth of its investment assets to maximize investment value from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Company mainly invests in office buildings in the Tokyo five major districts including Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shinjuku and Shibuya, the Tokyo metropolitan area, as well as other major cities. Its property portfolio includes Daiwa Ginza Building, Daiwa Minami Aoyama Building, Daiwa Kyobashi Building and Daiwa Nishi-Shinjuku Building. The asset manager of the Fund is Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co Ltd.
