Deltic Energy Plc is a United Kingdom-based natural resources investing company with an exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea. The Company's portfolio of licenses include P2437-Selene, P2672-Blackadder and P2646-Dewar. The Company owns a 25% working interest in the P2437-Selene prospect, located on the northern limb of the Sole Pit Basin inversion axis and takes the form of a NW-SE elongated closure and covers an area of 114 square kilometers (km2). The Company's 100% owned P2672-Blackadder prospect covers an area of approximately 257 km2 and is located on the southwestern limb of the Sole Pit Basin inversion axis, to the west of the West Sole field, bounded by the Dowsing Fault. The Company owns 100% of the P2646-Dewar prospect, which is situated to the south-east of the Marnock High in the Central North Sea.
