Profile Summary
Devin Energy Corporation is an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The Company produces approximately 315,000 barrels of oil, about 150,000 barrels of natural gas liquids and one billion cubic feet of natural gas. Its operations are focused in five core areas: the Delaware Basin, Eagle Ford, Anadarko Basin, Powder River Basin and Williston Basin. Its operations in the Delaware Basin of southeast New Mexico and west Texas provide both oil and natural gas production from its position consisting of approximately 400,000 net acres across multiple formations. Its Eagle Ford operations are located in DeWitt and Karnes counties. Its Anadarko Basin activity is located primarily in Oklahoma’s Canadian, Kingfisher and Blaine counties. Its Rocky Mountain operations are focused on its oil opportunities in the Powder River Basin. Its Williston Basin position is located on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation consisting of approximately 123,000 net acres.
