Dierig Holding AG is a Germany-based holding company. The Company is engaged in producing bed linen, trade internationally in raw and finished fabrics, technical textiles and offer contract textiles for hotels, hospitals and care facilities on an order-related basis. The Company operates through two segments: Textile segment and Real estate segment. The Textile segment develops and markets bed linen brands fleuresse and Kaeppel and trades internationally in raw and finished fabrics. The Real estate segment focuses to reinvest capital gains and real estate assets through targeted acquisitions. The properties comprise around approximately 482,000 square meters of land and approximately 147,000 square meters of building space at the Augsburg, Gersthofen and Kempten locations. The Real estate have been professionally managed, developed and marketed.
