Profile Summary
Dinero Ventures Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company’s business is the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Raven Property located in the Lillooet Mining Division of British Columbia, Canada. The Raven Property comprised one mineral claim covering approximately 492.28 hectares. The Raven Property is subject to a 1.5% net smelter returns royalty to a third party. The historical Bralorne-Pioneer mining complex located over 45 kilometers (km) to its northwest. The Company also owns interest in the Raven Surround Claims, which is comprised of over 14 mineral claims covering approximately 1,209.99 hectares. The Company has not advanced the Raven Property to commercial production and has not generated revenues from operations.
