Ditton pievadkezu rupnica AS is a Latvia-based company that is primarily engaged in the manufacture of driving chains. The Company is also involved in a range of activities, including production of plastic products, metal constructions and components of constructions; forging, pressing, punching and rolling of metal; production of fastenings, cut products, chains and springs; wholesale trade in machine tools; loading and unloading; warehousing; farming and renting of own real estate, and renting of cars, other land vehicles, agricultural and construction machines and instruments, among others. The Company’s chain products include driving chains, leaf chains, motorcycle chains, engine chains, agricultural chains, conveyor chains, accumulator chains, hauling leaf chains and stainless steel chains. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s corporate major shareholder was MAX Invest Holding SIA with a stake of 13.63%.
