Profile Summary
DLC Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based investment company. The Company is focused on investing in agricultural land and in the food processing industry. The Company’s investments in Craven House Industries Limited (Craven House) and Ceniako Ltd. (Ceniako) represent holdings in real property. Through Craven House and Ceniako controls, it controls approximately 2,500 hectares of land and 10 kilometers (km) of water-front and direct beachfront real estate facing the South Atlantic Ocean in the Bahia province of Brazil. In addition, the Company owns a substantial macadamia processing facility in South Africa. Its subsidiaries include Superior Macadamias (Pty) Ltd., DLC North America LLC, Craven House Industries Limited and Ceniako Ltd.
