Profile Summary
DO & CO AG is an Austria-based catering company. The Company operates in three business segments : Airline Catering, International Event Catering and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels. The Airline Catering units are improving waste tracking from store to delivery, using bespoke software to connect all sections of its process to identify waste, cause, and work towards prevention. The International Event Catering and Restaurants provides food health and safety with training programs, to ensure that all staff members are fully aware of and compliant with necessary protocols and regulations. The Lounges & Hotels divisions ensure security at airports, on airlines, lounges and event at all times. The Company serves carriers such as Turkish Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Austrian Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and approximately 50 others.
