Profile Summary
Dorel Industries Inc. is a Canada-based global consumer products company. The Company designs, manufactures or sources, markets and distributes a diverse portfolio of product brands through its Dorel Juvenile and Dorel Home segments. The Dorel Juvenile segment sells children’s accessories, which include infant car seats, strollers, home equipment, developmental toys and infant health and safety aids. Its Dorel Juvenile’s global brands include Maxi-Cosi, Safety 1st and Tiny Love, complemented by regional brands such as BebeConfort, Cosco, Mother’s Choice and Infanti. The Dorel Home segment sells ready-to-assemble furniture and home furnishings which include metal folding furniture, futons, children’s furniture, step stools, hand trucks, ladders, outdoor furniture and other imported furniture items. The Dorel Home segment's brands include DHP, Signature Sleep, Little Seeds, Ameriwood Home, Cosmo Living, Novogratz, Real Rooms, Ren Home, Mr. Kate, Baby Relax, Alphason, Bertini and Ntense.
