Profile Summary
e-Kiosk SA is a Poland-based Company engaged in publishing of the text content on the Internet. The Company’s flag product includes an electronic system specializing in the distribution of e-editions, e-books and e-audiobooks via the e-Kiosk.pl Website. Its newspapers and magazines portfolio includes such categories as business, computers and electronics, life style and culture, motorization sport and hobby, and psychology, among others. In addition, e-Kiosk SA is responsible for creating online content archives and archives of press data on digital media, as well as digital drivers including compact discs (CD’s) and digital versatile discs (DVD’s). Moreover, it advises on the sale of content on the Internet. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one subsidiary, eGazety Sp. z o.o. The Company’s parent entity was Presspublica Sp. z o.o., with a 52.49% stake in the capital.
