Profile Summary
Esun Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the entertainment business. The Company operates through four segments. The Cinema Operation segment is engaged in the operation of cinemas in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The Media and Entertainment is engaged in the investment in and the production of entertainment events and the provision of related advertising services, the provision of artiste management services, album sales and the distribution and licensing of music and the trading of gaming products. The Film and Television (TV) Program segment is engaged in the investment in, production of, sale, distribution and licensing of films and TV programs, the provision of related advertising services as well as the distribution of video format products derived from these films and films licensed-in by the Group. The Corporate and Others segment is engaged in corporate-related and other businesses.
