Eco Science Solutions, Inc. is engaged in pursuing business opportunities in farming, extraction, manufacturing and distribution in both the cannabis and CBD hemp industries. The Company intends to continue developing and operating as a technology solutions provider servicing businesses that have complex financial accounting, inventory management, and sales tracking in both regulated and non-regulated verticals. It has developed its cloud-based ERP platform (Herbo) and financial services platform (HerboPay) to support the end-to-end business requirements of regulated, cash-intensive industries that include, but are not limited to cannabis, gaming, firearms and ammunition; and non-regulated, but highly complex industries such as oil and gas. The Company seeks to provide a 360-degree ecosystem that connects B2B (business-to-business), B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2G (business-to-government) segments together through technology offerings.
