Profile Summary
Elanor Commercial Property Fund I (the Fund) is an Australia-based real estate investment trust that invests in Australian commercial office assets. The Fund’s investment property portfolio comprised nine commercial properties in Australia. The Fund’s objective is to provide risk-adjusted returns through a combination of regular distributions and capital growth. The Fund’s investment strategy includes investing in commercial office properties located in metropolitan areas or established commercial precincts; implement leasing and active asset management to grow the income and value of the properties; acquiring additional investment grade commercial properties; and maintain a conservative capital structure with a target Gearing range between 30% and 40%. The Company is managed by Elanor Funds Management Limited.
