Elite Commercial REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company’s investment strategy is to principally invest, directly or indirectly, in commercial assets and real estate-related assets in the United Kingdom. Its objective is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions and to achieve long-term growth in distribution and net asset value per unit. The Company’s portfolio comprises approximately 155 predominantly freehold commercial buildings located across the United Kingdom, with a total net internal area of approximately 3.9 million square feet. The Company’s portfolio has an attractive geographical spread, with approximately 27.2% of the portfolio by value situated in London and the Southeast. The Company’s properties spread across the United Kingdom, including the North West, Midlands, North East, South West, Yorkshire and Humber, East, Scotland, and Wales. The Company’s investment manager is Elite Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
