The Trust's principal activity is to invest in a portfolio of industrial real estate located across the Asia Pacific, including warehousing and logistics, business parks, light industries, high-tech and manufacturing activities. The Trust’s portfolio consists of 26 industrial properties, 25 of which are located throughout Singapore and 49.0% interest in one business park property, Optus Centre, which is located in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia. The Trust is managed by AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited.
