EMD Music SA is a Belgium-based company engaged in the distribution of musical instruments and accessories. The Company principally supplies guitars, drums and percussion instruments, wind instruments and cymbals. EMD Music sells its products to around 2,500 music retailers via two branches, two subsidiaries and 27 sales representatives. It distributes its products in various countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and the United States. In addition to the brands distributed under exclusive license, EMD Music SA supplies its products through its own brand, Stagg, to such countries as Australia, Brazil, Canada, and Russia, among others. The Company also sells amplifiers, keyboards, cables, and other accessories.
