Energtek Inc., formerly American Mobile Power Inc., is engaged in the field of clean energy technologies. The Company is engaged in developing the natural gas distribution activities, both in Vermont area and in other areas in the United States. The Company is engaged in the development of natural gas delivery in the United States. The Company is also engaged in financing. The Company leverages on its technologies in order to sell natural gas to end customers, industrial, commercial and residential customers for bulk transportation applications and private customers in the case of products from small quantities (three wheelers and motorcycles). The Company sells natural gas to industrial/commercial customers that are not connected to natural gas pipelines. The Company sells the natural gas at the customer's facilities. The Company's subsidiaries include Energtek AL, LLC, Energtek USA, Inc., Angstore Technologies Ltd. and Energtek Products, Ltd.
