Enertronica Santerno SpA, formerly known as Enertronica SpA, is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in energy sector. The Company’s business activities are divided into two business segments. The Photovoltaic Industry segment is involved in the construction of photovoltaic power plants for the production of electricity, as well as it focuses on the production and design of turnkey solar power plant, systems for photovoltaic plants, uniaxial and biaxial tracker, and components. The Lighting Industry segment designs and produces light-emitting diode lighting for industrial buildings, public urban and suburban lighting. Enertronica SpA operates through numerous subsidiaries, including Sertum Energy Namibia Pty Ltd, Enertronica SGR Srl, Enertronica RO Srl, Gefran-Enertronica SA Ltd, Enertronica Mounting System (Pty) Ltd and Enertronica Investments (Pty) Ltd, among others.
