Profile Summary
Envictus International Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company that provides management services to its subsidiaries. The principal activities of the Company are the operation of fast-food restaurants and specialty coffee chains, wholesalers of foodstuff and frozen food, manufacturing of butchery products, and manufacturing and distribution of condensed and evaporated milk. It operates through four segments: Trading and Frozen Food Division, Food Services Division, Dairies Division, and Food Processing Division. The Trading and Frozen Food Division is a wholesaler of foodstuff, provisions and frozen meat. The Food Services Division includes Texas chicken restaurants and San Francisco coffee chains. The Dairies Division includes manufacturing and distribution of condensed and evaporated milk. The Food Processing Division includes the butchery business. Its subsidiaries include Polygold Holdings Sdn Bhd, Envictus Brands Pte Ltd, and others.
