Profile Summary
ES Bancshares, Inc. serves as the holding company for Empire State Bank (the Bank). The Company conducts its business principally through the Bank. The Bank is a New York state chartered bank and provides a variety of financial services to meet the needs of communities in its market area. The Bank operates its business from five banking offices located in Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York. It also has loan production offices located in Staten Island, New York. Its primary deposit products are checking, savings and term certificate accounts and its primary lending products are commercial and residential mortgages, commercial loans and small business administration (SBA) guaranteed loans. In addition, the Bank invests in mortgage-backed securities, securities issued by the United States Government and agencies thereof, corporate securities and other investments permitted by applicable law and regulations. It also offers digital wallet, and mobile banking services.
