ETS Group Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the customer contact services and related outsourcing business. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Inbound Contact Service Outsourcing segment is engaged in the provision of multimedia inbound customer contact services, including general inquiry, promotion, customer service, ordering, emergency and support hotlines. The Staff Deployment Service segment is engaged in the provision of customer service staff and back-office support functions. The Contact Service Centre and Service Centre Facilities Management Service segment is engaged in the provision of consultancy services for contact centre establishment, IVRS solutions, contact centre system solutions and facilities management. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of systems and software and the provision of franchise services and system maintenance services.
