Profile Summary
European Residential REIT is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns 3,009 residential suites, including 311 suites classified as assets held for sale, and ancillary retail space located in the Netherlands, and owned one commercial property in Germany and one commercial property in Belgium. The REIT owns and operates a portfolio of multi-residential properties, including apartments and townhomes. The residential properties of the REIT, including assets held for sale, consist primarily of mid-sized suburban and urban apartment buildings. Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust acts as the asset manager for its residential portfolio.
