Profile Summary
Evolis SA is a France-based company that designs, manufactures and distributes plastic card printers. These can be used to produce a variety of cards with personalized applications, such as employee and access control badges, student cards, loyalty and bank cards and travel passes. It offers eight lines of printers, including Tattoo, suitable for printing cards on a small scale; Tattoo RW, the monochrome printer for rewritable cards; Pebble, the color printer for single-sided badges; Dualys, the solution for dual-sided badges; Quantum, for printing in large quantities, Securion, which prints and protects badges for security applications, Zenius and Badgy printers. In addition, Evolis SA provides printing supplies and accessories, and related software. The Company operates four subsidiaries: Evolis Inc in the United States, Evolis Asia PTE LTD in Singapore, Detraplast and Sogedex Accessories in France. In April 2014, it acquired cardPresso, and in April 2016 French distributor ACTS.
