Ezenia!, Inc. is a provider of real-time communication, conferencing and collaboration solutions to corporate, government and commercial networks. The Company's products allow dispersed groups to work together in real-time using capabilities, such as messaging, white boarding, screen sharing and text chat. It also allows user to discuss projects, share information and modify documents for team communication. It provides organizations with the tools to communicate through a range of options, conferences and shared applications. The Company's InfoWorkSpace application suite consists of three integrated components, which include Launchpad, image Web server (IWS) and conferencing center. Its Launchpad offers single sign-on for communication with audio/text chat, messaging, shared data and white boarding. Its IWS includes data repository, production tools and buildings/floor/rooms. The Company serves corporate, defense, education, government and healthcare industries.
