Fintechwerx International Software Services Inc. is an e-commerce technology company. The Company provides onboarding, payments, identity verification and data services to independent sales organizations, small and medium-sized businesses. Its Fintechwerx Platform is a collection of licensed and acquired software (the Licensed Software), including the e-mail money transfer (EMT) services, enrollment services, and gateway, combined with a proprietary data model developed by SWS (the Data Model). The FintechWerx Platform is accessible on desktop or mobile through a Web portal on www.fintechwerx.com. The Company is rebranding and integrating the Licensed Software into the FintechWerx Platform as EMT-Werx, IDV-Werx, and Payment-Werx (FintechWerx Services). The FintechWerx Services are offered to merchants and independent sales organizations (ISOs) through paid online subscriptions, while the Data Model collects and analyzes the data generated by the use of the FintechWerx Services.
