Profile Summary
Fox Tungsten Ltd., formerly Happy Creek Minerals Ltd., is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in British Columbia, Canada. The Company's projects include the high-grade Fox Tungsten deposit, the Silverboss molybdenum-copper-gold-silver project adjacent to Glencore's closed Boss Mountain molybdenum mine and the adjacent Hen-Art-DL gold and silver project. The Fox Tungsten project is located 70 km northeast of 100 Mile House and 160 km north-northeast of Kamloops in the south-central Cariboo region of British Columbia. The property consists of 36 mineral tenures totaling approximately 17,245 hectares. The Silverboss property consists of over 120 square kilometers (km2) of mineral tenure surrounding the past-producing Boss Mountain molybdenum mine. The property consists of 38 mineral tenures totaling 12,082 hectares. The Hen Art-DL property consists of 19 mineral tenures totaling 8,989 hectares. It has over 68 km2 licensed area, fully permitted for drilling.
