Frendy Energy SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the electrical energy sector. The Company is primarily involved in the generation of electric power from renewable sources, in particular of hydroelectric energy. The Company produces energy through the construction and operation of mini and small hydroelectric power plants, with an installed capacity of less than 500 kilowatts (KW), located along the banks of irrigation canals and waterways. The Company is mainly active in the northern regions of Italy, including the provinces of Novara and Pavia, among others. The Company operates four power plants, Mulino di Marano, SS11 Trecate, Termini and Maranzino. It also operates through Alfa Idro Srl, Idroblu Srl, CCS Blu Srl, of the Bona Group, which operates in the mini hydroelectric field, Beta Srl and Gamma Srl.
