Profile Summary
Futian Holdings Ltd, formerly China TianYF Holdings Group Ltd, is a holding company principally engaged in environmental protection business, such as wastewater treatment and soil remediation. The Company operates five segments. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects segment includes undertaking the overall design, procurement and construction of sludge or sewage treatment facilities under contracts. Construction Projects segment is engaged in construction projects other than EPC projects. Equipment Projects segment includes the procurement of necessary materials, equipment and machinery under contracts and the provision of technical consultancy services to upgrade or improve the design of water supply or sewage treatment facilities. Service Concession Arrangement segment provides sludge treatment facility construction and operation of sludge treatment plants long-term after completion of construction. Others segment includes the Group's operation and maintenance services.
