Profile Summary
Gas Ships Ltd is a Greece-based international liquefied gas shipping company. The Company primarily focuses on owning and operating gas carriers. The Company owns and operates more than three Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs) delivered from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co Ltd (HHI). Gas Ships Ltd's vessels are employed on time charters and offer Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) transportation services. The Company's vessels are Anderida, Aisling, Mont Fort and Mont Gele. Its fleet has a combined capacity of over 314,800 cubic meters (cbm). The Company's customers are energy companies and traders. Gas Ships Ltd is a subsidiary of DryShips Inc, a diversified owner of ocean going cargo vessels that operate worldwide.
