Profile Summary
Global Dividend Growth Split Corp. is a mutual fund. The Company’s investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred Shares with fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions; to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly non-cumulative cash distributions; to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders of Preferred Shares on the Maturity Date, and to provide holders of Class A Shares with the opportunity for capital appreciation through exposure to the Portfolio. The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of large capitalization global dividend growth companies selected by the Manager that have a market capitalization of at least $10 billion and have a history of dividend growth or, in the Manager’s view, have high potential for future dividend growth. Its manager is Brompton Funds Limited.
