The Company operates under the following main divisions: securities brokerage and portfolio management. Global Menkul Degerler AS subsidiaries are: Global MD Portfoy Yonetimi AS and IEG Global Kurumsal Finansman AS. Global MD Portfoy Yonetimi AS’s main activity is to manage the portfolio of capital market instruments by making a portfolio management agreement with the customers and acting as a proxy, as well as to manage portfolio of domestic and foreign funds, investment trusts and domestic and foreign legal entities. IEG Global Kurumsal Finansman AS is a corporate finance company in Europe. The Company is a subsidiary of Global Yatirim Holding Anonim Sirketi.
