Global Yatirim Holding AS is a Turkey-based investment holding company, which is engaged in a wide variety of business activities through its subsidiaries and affiliates, such as port infrastructure, energy generation, compressed natural gas sales and distribution, mining, real estate, and finance. The Company's primary activity is port operations and trough its subsidiary, Global Ports Holding Plc, it operates over 20 cruise and commercial ports. Global Yatirim Holding is involved in renewable energy generation with its biomass and solar power plants, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) distribution, feldspar mining, and designing and constructing power efficiency facilities (cogeneration/ trigeneration). The Company also provides non-banking financial services, including asset management, brokerage, advisory, and portfolio management services.
