Goldstream Investment Ltd, formerly International Elite Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of customer relationship management (CRM) outsourcing services. The Company operates its business through three segments. The CRM Service (CRMS) Business segment is engaged in provision of inbound services which include customer hotline services and built-in secretarial (BIS) services; and outbound services which include telesales services and market research services. The Investment Management Business segment engages in provision of advisory services on securities and asset management as well as securities trading. The Strategic Direct Investment (SDI) Business segment is engaged in provision of making proprietary investments in the financial markets.
