GREATER CHINA FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in general trading of consumable goods. The Company operates its business through six segments. The General Trading segment is engaged in the liquors trading. The Loan Financing segment is involved in the provision of financing guarantee services, loan financing, financing consultancy and loan referral services. The Industrial Property Development segment mainly engages in the warehouse storage operation. The Insurance Brokerage segment provides financial solutions to clients and independent advisory services in connection with insurance products and operate long term including linked long term and general insurance business plus mandatory provident fund (MPF). The Securities Brokerage segment provides securities related services including securities brokerage, securities trading, margin financing and placements. The Asset Management segment manages hedge fund.
