Groupe Crit SA is a France-based holding company that specializes in service provision. The Company offers services through three divisions: human resources offers such services as temporary employment and consulting; airport services offers airport assistance and engineering and maintenance division offers services related to engineering, technology consultancy and industrial maintenance. The Company operates several subsidiaries, including Crit Interim, which manages the Group's temporary employment services. For its airport assistance services, the Company operates via Groupe Europe Handling Maintenance in France, Sky Handling Partner in Ireland and Congo Handling in Congo, among others. In addition, through ECM and Maser, Groupe CRIT SA provides several complementary services, including industrial maintenance and engineering solutions. It operates though Teamsoft Inc and Actium Consulting, among others.
