The structure adopted by Grupo Media Capital comprises three reportable segments: Television, Audiovisual Production and Other. The Television segment involves mostly broadcasting of the television channel Televisao Independente (TVI) as well as the broadcasting of other thematic television channels. The Audiovisual Production segment refers to the audiovisual production and distribution of television programs and series broadcast in Iberia. The Other segment includes the production and sales of music, the provision of agency services to artists and the event promotion. The Company has a direct subsidiary, Grupo Media Capital MEGLO - Media Global, SGPS, SA and several indirect subsidiaries, such as CLMC - Multimedia, Unipessoal, Lda.
