GSH Corporation Limited is a Singapore-based property developer in Southeast Asia, with properties under development in Malaysia and China. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company's segments include Hospitality, which is engaged in the operation of hotels, golf and marina club; Property, which is engaged in the sale of properties and rental income from investment properties owned by the Company; Trading, which is engaged in frozen food trading, and Others, which is engaged in investment holdings. It owns and operates the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, comprising two five-star hotels, a 104-berth marina and a 27-hole championship golf course, and the idyllic Sutera@Mantanani Resort on the Mantanani Islands in Sabah. The Company's residential property portfolio includes Yuhu Singapore International Gardens, Coral Bay, The Point, Eaton Residences and Petaling Street Residence.
