Guangshen Railway Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in railway transportation business. The company operates two segments. The Railway Transportation Business segment includes passenger transportation business, freight transportation business, and railway operation services. The passenger transportation business mainly includes intercity trains between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, long-distance trains, and through port trains. The freight transportation business mainly includes the transportation of whole vehicles, less than truckload, containers, bulky goods, dangerous goods, fresh goods, and oversized goods. The railway operation service is an extended business of passenger and freight transportation, providing operation services for multiple railways. The other businesses segment mainly includes comprehensive railway facility technology services, commercial trade, and the establishment of various industries.
