HannStar Board Corp. is a Taiwan-based company primarily engaged in manufacturing and distribution of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Company's primary products include double-sided and multilayer PCBs. Its products are mainly used in the manufacturing of computers and peripheral products, facsimiles, video cameras, communication equipment, semiconductor testing equipment, televisions and digital still cameras. The Company mainly operates through three business segments: PCB segment, electronic manufacturing services (EMS) segment and others segment. The Company is also engaged in the wholesaling and retailing of electronic materials. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets, including the Americas, the rest of Asia and Europe.
