Harbin Electric Co Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sales of power generation equipment and provision of power station engineering services. The Company mainly operates its business through four segments. The New Power System with New Energy as the Main Body segment is engaged in manufacture and sales of thermal power equipment, hydropower equipment, nuclear power equipment, steam equipment, energy storage equipment, and others. The Clean and Efficient Industrial System segment is engaged in manufacture and sales of environmental protection products, industrial petrochemical equipment and others. The Green and Low-carbon Drive System segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of marine equipment and others. The Other Businesses segment is engaged in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), trading and other businesses. The Company conducts its business in the domestic and overseas markets.
