Hilong Holding Ltd is a company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of oil and gas drilling equipment and coating materials, and provision of coating, oilfield and offshore engineering services. Together with its subsidiaries, The Company operates its businesses through four segments. Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing and Services Provision segment includes the production of oilfield equipment and provision of OCTG coating services. Line Pipe Technology and Services Provision segment includes the provision of services related to oil and gas pipe line and production of coating materials for anti-corrosive and anti-friction purposes. Oilfield Services Provision segment includes the provision of well drilling services, integrated comprehensive services, OCTG trading and related services to oil and gas producers. Offshore Engineering Services Provision includes the provision of offshore engineering services and offshore design services.
