The Company is focused on developing three core assets across Spain, including the copper, zinc project Otero, the formerly producing tin project Lumbrales and the copper, zinc Puebla de la Reina project. The Company's wholly owned PBR property covers 8,924.24 hectares located in Extremadura, Spain. The property covers an area of 90 square kilometer (km2). The PBR property hosts two areas of mineralization, namely Las Poyatas in the west, and Las Herrerias in the east. The Company's subsidiaries include La Joya Mineral S.L.U. and Merida Mining Corp.
